We value our relationships with high-quality introducers and adhere to our introducer program’s guidelines. While this proposition is open to all, we are selective in choosing our introducers. We prioritise integrity in our partners, as we want individuals who genuinely care about the best outcomes for clients. In the past, we’ve encountered introducers who attempted to overcharge clients or exert excessive control over cases to justify their fees, although we are open to reasonable flexibility within ethical boundaries when necessary, we wish to distance ourselves from such practices as they could harm our hard-earned company reputation.

Our mortgage brokers and calculators help assess client affordability, and we ensure a balanced distribution of clients among lenders to avoid overburdening a single lender and breaching exposure levels. We work with builder incentives, offer cashback deposits, provide stamp duty assistance, and engage in builder and government schemes.

Our preferred solicitors are those who closely collaborate with their clients, especially property dealer solicitors. Their clients value legal advice and actions that facilitate successful deals. Our partnership also extends to solicitors in various legal fields, including family solicitors handling divorce proceedings, solicitors managing probate cases, and insolvency solicitors dealing with asset disposal or preservation, but they are not limited to these areas alone.

We help estate agents save time and better serve their vendors by discussing potential mortgage options with prospective clients in detail. This enables agents to present a complete picture to vendors, who can then make informed decisions. Agents can guide vendors in choosing between the highest offer or an offer likely to be completed quickly.

We work closely with accountants to ensure accurate financial figures are submitted. Accountants often aim to minimise taxes while determining the minimum required for clients to secure a mortgage. In cases where the applicant is a limited company director, we can consider net profits, salary, dividends, and accountant certificates if accounts are not yet finalised. We can offer mortgages for both simple and complex matters.
